Best Overall: ChargePoint Home Flex Electric Vehicle Charger
One thing I like about the ChargePoint Home Flex is that it’s so versatile. You can use it with any standard 120-volt or 240-volt outlet for faster charging.
The max charging power is 50 amps, making it one of the most powerful chargers you can get. It can charge your BMW i4 up to 8 times faster than a standard outlet.

If you are like me, you will use this feature to schedule charging when electricity is cheapest.

Second Runner Up: Siemens US2 VersiCharge
The Siemens US2 VersiCharge is a viable option if you’re looking for a durable, reliable, and compact level 2 charger. It is easy to install and even easier to use, perfect for anyone looking for a fast and convenient charging solution.

This charger comes with a convenient 20-foot (6-meter) long charging cable so you can easily juice up your car from any outlet. It also has a built-in safety feature that protects against overcharging. You can rest assured that your vehicle will be charged safely and efficiently.
But the most impressive part of this product is its build quality. The US2 is weather-resistant and built to last, meaning you’ll be able to charge your BMW i4 for years to come.

Best for Outdoor Charging: Grizzl-E Level 2 EV Charger
If you are looking for a charger built for outdoor use, the Grizzl-E is a suitable option. This charger is made from heavy-duty materials, making it resistant to the elements. It is particularly well-suited for charging in colder climates, as it can handle temperatures down to -40°F (4°C).

Combine that with the ease of use and glowing reviews on Amazon, and you have a charger that is tough to beat.
Best for Dual Charging: Pulsar Plus Level 2 EV Charger
The Pulsar Plus Level 2 EV Charger is an excellent choice for those who need to charge their BMW i4 quickly.
This charger offers a dual charging port that can deliver up to 40A of power, making it one of the fastest chargers you can buy. It also has a built-in display that shows you the charging status and current battery level.

The app also allows you to control the charger from your smartphone or tablet.
Best for Portability: Mustart Level 2 Portable EV Charger
If you’re looking for a level 2 charger that you can take with you on the go, the Mustart Level 2 Portable EV Charger is a viable option.
This charger is small and lightweight, making it easy to transport, and it comes with an upgraded 40A voltage that can charge your BMW i4 quickly and efficiently.

It also comes with a built-in LED screen that displays charging status so that you can keep track of your progress.
Then there is the price. The Mustart Level 2 Portable EV Charger is one of the more affordable options on the market, making it an excellent option for those on a budget.
Best Value for Money: EVoCharge EVSE Level 2 Charger
The best part about this level 2 charger is choosing the features you need at purchase.
For example, WiFi connectivity is not a necessary feature for everyone, but it’s a great option. This charger lets you choose if you want it or not. The more features you choose, the higher the price.

It’s also made with durable materials, so you can rest assured that it will last for years.
Best for User-Friendliness: BougeRV Level 2 EV Charger
This BougeRV Level 2 EV charger is one of the best options on the market for those looking for a user-friendly charger. It has an intuitive design that is very easy to use, making it an excellent choice for those new to using electric chargers. It is also one of the most affordable chargers on the market.
Almost all EVs can be charged with this charger, which makes it an excellent choice for those who own more than one EV. The charger is also compact, so it is easy to transport and store.

Best for Convenience: Morec EV Charger
The Morec EV Charger is a high-quality and affordable option for charging your BMW i4. It has both level 1 and level 2 capabilities, and it comes with all the necessary cables and adapters.

However, one downside of the Morec EV Charger is that it is not very fast. It takes around 8 hours to charge a BMW i4 from 0 to 100%. That’s because it features a 16A output, which is not a lot compared to other chargers on the market.
Best for Those Who Need To Wall Mount: LEFANEV 32A EV Charger
